ACADIA’S STORY
Acadia Properties was formed in 2017, purchasing and renovating distressed homes in Kenosha and Racine Counties, Wisconsin. As Southeastern Wisconsin has grown, so has Acadia. We now also focus on new construction spec homes, infill development, residential city redevelopment, and rental properties.
ABOUT THE OWNER
My name is Kevin Finley and I founded Acadia Properties after graduating from Purdue University and moving to Kenosha in 2015. I grew up on a horse farm in Michigan surrounded by the automotive industry, but somehow discovered a passion for residential real estate development. Southeastern Wisconsin has a resilient and proud blue collar history very reminiscent of the motor city, and it’s been great being a part of what this region is becoming post-auto industry.
I live in Pleasant Prairie, WI with my girlfriend Katie, our two dogs, and whatever foster dogs we currently are housing while they wait for their forever home. I personally oversee all projects and am proud to be a part of our community.
