Acadia Properties was formed in 2017 with the goal of renovating distressed homes in Southeastern Wisconsin. To help combat the housing shortage, Acadia has since expanded into new construction spec homes. Acadia also has a portfolio of single and multi-family rentals and community living homes
ABOUT THE OWNER
My name is Kevin Finley and I founded Acadia Properties after moving to Kenosha in 2015 and falling in love with the area. It was easy to see the potential we have here in Kenosha and Racine Counties, and I can’t wait to what these already great towns will look like a few years from now.
I am not a computer based investment company with an 800 number and a call center. I am local and live and work right here in Pleasant Prairie, WI. I personally oversee all projects.
